Rules & Regulations
Roller City South (RCS) wishes everyone a safe and enjoyable skating experience in the interest of safety sportsmanship and consideration of all guests (particularly children) and staff we would appreciate all the parties observe and respect the rules and regulations whilst attending a RCS session.
Personal protection equipment is recommended by RCS (wrist guards, knee pads and helmets) to be worn at all times. People skating at RCS sessions do so entirely at there own risk, RCS cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by in house structures, objects or by actions of the skaters.
The management of RCS reserve the right to refuse entry and or remove anyone behaving to the detriment of other skaters.
RCS highly recommend that you do not take part in skating activity if you suffer from high blood pressure, heart, back or any other condition that could be aggravated by this activity or if you are or suspect you might be pregnant.
Injuries to be reported to a RCS crew or a on duty first aider.
Portable lazer lights are not permitted.
Please be aware photos and videos can be taken by the other customers and the RCS crew. If you object to this please make RCS crew aware before entry.
RCS rules for own skates
If you’re bringing your own skates, they must be in a responsible and safe condition to be used. RCS will not be held responsible for any other skaters’ skates.
No skates are to be worn inside the building other than the rink.
No sharp objects bolts sticking out of skates.
Skates and wheels must be in clean and debris free.
No food or drink in the skate rink.
RCS are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please skate in the formation that has been instructed.
Skates to be taken off when leaving the rink, for drinks and the toilet.
Bad language will not be tolerated.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed in the rink.
No carrying children when on skates.
No heelies, skateboards or scooter are permitted on the rink.
No pushing, tripping or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Skate hire is free!
Socks must be worn with skate-hire.
Our skate hire is on a first come first served basis, it is best to book to avoid disappointment.
No other person allowed in skate hire other than the RCS crew.
